My experience with Bottomlines has been less than ...

My experience with Bottomlines has been less than satisfactory. While their website is decent and their products are of good quality, their customer service is lacking. It's hard to get a hold of anyone, and when you do, they are not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
