I recently used Richfins enterprise for my financial needs and overall I had an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and the services offered were decent. However, I felt that the customer support could have been better. There were times when I had to wait for a long time to get a response and it was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
