I have been a customer of Thyssenkrupp Elevator Indonesia for several years now, and I must say that their service has been average. Although they are prompt in responding to maintenance requests and fixing issues, there have been instances where the problem was not completely resolved. The technicians are knowledgeable but could be more attentive to detail. Overall, it's an okay experience.
