Lindenwood associates is an average company. I have been working here for a year and there are some positives and negatives. The work environment is good and the colleagues are supportive. However, the management needs improvement as they do not provide enough guidance. The workload is also excessive at times, which can be stressful. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
