As a customer, I found the website gcir.org to be average in terms of the user experience it offers. While it provides a decent amount of information regarding its mission and initiatives, I feel that the overall design and layout of the website could be improved. Navigation through the different sections was somewhat confusing, and finding specific resources or documents required some effort.

On the positive side, I appreciated the organization's commitment to supporting immigrants and refugees, as displayed by their extensive resources and publications. The website also featured some useful tools and webinars to educate visitors about the issues faced by immigrant communities.

However, I believe that the website could benefit from a more intuitive and visually appealing design, making it easier for users to access relevant information.
