My recent experience with Travel Secrets was average. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. My inquiries took a long time to be addressed, and there were some issues with my booking that could have been handled better. However, once everything was sorted out, the trip went smoothly. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
