I recently booked a rib charter through their website and had an average experience overall. 😐 The booking process was simple and straightforward, and their website was user-friendly. However, upon arrival, I found the staff to be polite but not overly friendly or welcoming. The condition of the rib we chartered was satisfactory, but I noticed a few signs of wear and tear. The ride itself was smooth and enjoyable, although I expected more excitement and thrill. The crew did a decent job of guiding us and providing some information about the area, but it could have been more engaging. Overall, it was an average experience; nothing remarkable, but nothing overly disappointing either. I would consider trying another charter company next time for a more memorable experience. 🚤
