I have been a customer of Gaisano Grand Group of Companies for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do have a wide range of products, I have noticed that the quality can be hit or miss. The staff are generally helpful, but there have been instances where they seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. Overall, it's an okay shopping experience.
