The gym I joined recently is fantastic. The instructors are very knowledgeable and attentive. The workout routines are challenging but effective. I am really enjoying my time at Instituto vital fit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great fitness experience. The facilities are also very clean and well-maintained.
