I recently went on a guided tour with Merlin Guides and I have to say, it was an average experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but there were a few things that could have been improved. The itinerary was a bit rushed and didn't allow for much time to fully appreciate each site. Additionally, the group size was quite large which made it difficult to hear the guide at times. Overall, it was a decent tour, but I would recommend considering these factors before booking.
