I had a mixed experience with the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment & Natural Resources Division. While their dedication to protecting the environment is commendable, I found their response time to be lacking. It took several weeks for them to address my inquiries, which was frustrating. However, once they did respond, they were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process. Overall, my experience was average.
