I recently attended an ecstatic dance event organized by Ecstatic Dance UK and I must say it was an incredible experience. The music was amazing and the atmosphere was just perfect. I felt completely free to express myself through movement and it was such a liberating and uplifting experience. The facilitators did a great job of creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. I would highly recommend Ecstatic Dance UK to anyone looking to connect with themselves and others through dance.
