I had an average experience with Rbi sports. The customer service was satisfactory, but the quality of their products did not meet my expectations. I was disappointed with the durability of their equipment as it broke down after just a few uses. However, their prices were reasonable and the delivery was prompt. Overall, I would say that Rbi sports is an okay company to deal with.
