I have had an average experience with Der freistaat - caravaning & more. The staff was friendly and the process of purchasing a caravan was easy. However, I had some minor issues with the caravan after a few weeks of use. The customer service was responsive and fixed the issues, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay experience.
