My time at Bivins Pointe was a mixed bag. While the staff was generally friendly, there were some lapses in their attentiveness. The facility itself was clean, but could use some improvement in terms of maintenance. The activities and amenities provided were mediocre at best. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
