I had a mixed experience with Bcn real estate. While their website bcnrealestate.es provided a good selection of properties, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The agents were not very helpful and it took them a long time to respond to my inquiries. The overall process was quite slow and frustrating. They definitely need to improve their communication and efficiency.
