I recently had the opportunity to explore the offerings of a custom home builder based in Florida. The company's website is user-friendly and provides a good overview of their services. However, the experience was rather average. While the staff was professional in their communication, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other options in the market. The variety of customization options was not as extensive as I anticipated, limiting my ability to make my dream home a reality. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. On the positive side, they did meet the agreed-upon timelines for construction. In conclusion, while this company can deliver a decent custom home, I believe there are more competitive options available in terms of price and customization.
