I recently purchased some products from Merus audio and overall, I had an average experience. The sound quality was decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that they could have been more responsive to my inquiries. Despite this, I appreciate the variety of products they offer and their commitment to innovation.
