I have been a customer of Crastig for a few months now and I must say that my experience has been average. The website is user-friendly, but there are some aspects that could be improved. The customer service is responsive, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a resolution. Overall, I would give them a solid 3 out of 5 stars.
