I can't express how much I love Flying lotus aerial yoga! 😍 The classes are incredible, the instructors are so skilled and supportive. The studio itself is beautiful and creates such a serene environment. I have seen amazing progress in my flexibility and strength since starting aerial yoga. Love, love, love it!
