I booked a trip with Shameless Traveler and it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the accommodations were not up to par. The website promised luxury accommodations, but the room we were given was outdated and had several issues. The tour itself was okay, with a few highlights but also some boring parts. Overall, I would say it was an average trip.
