The overall experience with the website was good, but there were a few issues I encountered while browsing through the products. The site layout needs improvement to make it more user-friendly. However, the packaging of the products was great, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the items is satisfactory. Customer service was prompt in responding to my queries. I would consider using Palto again.
