I must say I had a mixed experience at Hotel Ocean...

I must say I had a mixed experience at Hotel Oceano Palace. While the staff was generally friendly and polite, I encountered a few issues with the room. The cleanliness was not up to the mark and I had to ask for replacement linens. The location, however, was fantastic with beautiful views of the ocean.
