My experience with Jethro has been satisfactory overall. The products are good, and the delivery was on time. However, I faced some difficulty in reaching the customer support team. It took multiple tries to get a response. I hope they work on improving their responsiveness. Nevertheless, I am happy with my purchase and would consider using Jethro again.
