I have mixed feelings about my experience with Fulcrum co. The product I ordered was of good quality, but the delivery was delayed. It took longer than expected to receive my order. However, the customer service was responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I would give them a rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars.
