I recently took my pet to this animal hospital for a routine check-up. The facilities and staff were decent and seemed to care about the animals. However, I found the wait time to be longer than expected, and the front desk staff could have been more organized. The pricing was fair, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the level of communication regarding my pet's treatment plan. Overall, the experience was average, and I would consider returning if convenience was a factor. Their website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. I hope they can work on improving their customer service and efficiency for a better experience in the future.
