I absolutely adore Pilates etc! The instructors are wonderful and always create a positive and uplifting atmosphere. The classes are challenging but the instructors provide modifications for different levels, so everyone can participate. The studio itself is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a fun and effective workout.
