I recently used a service to help me with my relocation to London, and overall, I had an average experience. The company's website, ici-londres.com, provided some useful information about the city and its services. However, I found the navigation on the website to be somewhat clunky and confusing at times.

When I reached out to their customer service team for assistance, their response time was decent, but the level of support provided was just satisfactory. I felt like some of my questions were not fully addressed or answered in depth.

The relocation service they offered was alright, but nothing exceptional. They helped me find accommodation in London, but the choices they presented were limited, and I had to do a lot of additional searching on my own.

Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While they provided some assistance, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of their website navigation, customer service, and the range of options offered for relocation services.
