I recently had an experience with a company that operates on the website higiman.es. I must say that my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products available. However, the customer service I received was not exceptional. I had some questions regarding a product, and it took quite a while to get a response. When I finally did receive a response, the information provided was not very helpful. The delivery of my order also took longer than expected, and the packaging was not very secure. On a positive note, the quality of the product itself was decent. Overall, my experience with this company was average. There were some areas that could definitely be improved in terms of customer service and delivery, but the product itself was satisfactory.
