I recently came across this company and decided to give it a try. I have to say that my experience was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. I appreciate the effort put into providing information about their services and mission. However, I did encounter some issues with their customer support. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and they weren't always able to provide satisfactory answers. On the positive side, I found their lending process to be straightforward and transparent, which made it easy to understand the terms and conditions. Overall, I would say that this company has the potential to improve its customer service, but the lending experience itself was decent.
