I had an average experience with Swaziland Building Society (SBS). The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the interest rates for their mortgage loans were slightly higher compared to other banks. Overall, I would say that SBS is an average option for banking services.
