I recently used the services of a climate system company, and I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. While the technicians were knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue with my heating system, I found the customer service to be lacking. The responsiveness could have been better, and the price seemed a bit higher than expected. However, the quality of the work was satisfactory.
