I had a mixed experience with the Chinese call center. The customer service representatives were friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with the overall efficiency of their operations. The wait times were often longer than I expected, and I had to repeat my issue to multiple agents before it was resolved. However, once my problem was escalated to a supervisor, they were able to quickly find a solution. Overall, I would rate the Chinese call center as average.
