I had a mixed experience with Plüsch decor. While their furniture is nice and the customer service is good, there were a few issues. The delivery took longer than expected and there were some minor damages to one of the items. However, their team was responsive and helped resolve the issues quickly. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase but there is room for improvement.
