I have been a customer of Ditch Witch South Texas for several years now and I can honestly say that their service is average. While they do have a good selection of equipment, their prices tend to be on the higher side. The staff is usually helpful, but I have had a few instances where they were not able to fully address my concerns. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
