I had mixed feelings about Brownstone sales. On one hand, the website was easy to navigate, and I found it helpful in my property search. However, the customer service was not up to par. It often took them a while to respond to my queries, and I felt like they weren't fully addressing my concerns. I appreciate the convenience of their website, but I hope they can improve their customer service.
