As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that the New York City Office of Emergency Management provides an average service. While they do handle emergencies effectively, their response time can be improved. There have been instances where it took longer than expected for them to arrive on the scene. Overall, they do a decent job, but there is definitely room for improvement.
