Hot power yoga is a fantastic place to practice yoga. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The classes are challenging, but the instructors offer modifications for all levels. The studio is clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend giving Hot power yoga a try!
