I recently booked a trip with Zoom Travels and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff were not very helpful and didn't seem to know much about the destinations I was interested in. Overall, I would rate my experience with Zoom Travels as average.
