I have been using Advanced simulation research, inc. services for a while now and I must say they have been doing an average job. The simulations provided are accurate but sometimes the results are not as expected. The customer service is decent and the staff is knowledgeable. However, there have been a few instances where the support team was unresponsive, which caused delays in my project. Overall, I would rate them as average.
