I have been a customer of Asia United Bank for many years and I must say that their services are quite average. They have a decent range of products and their online banking platform is easy to use. However, their customer service can be improved as I have encountered some delays and inefficiencies in resolving my issues. Overall, I would rate Asia United Bank as average.
