I recently booked a charter through the company's website, and overall my experience was average. The booking process was relatively easy, with a user-friendly interface and clear instructions provided. However, the communication with the company could have been more efficient. I had some questions regarding the itinerary, and it took longer than expected to receive a response. The charter itself was comfortable and the staff was friendly, but there were a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the vehicle. The driver was professional and punctual, getting us to our destination on time. However, during the trip, there was a lack of information provided about the sights and points of interest along the way. In terms of value for money, I felt that the price was slightly higher than what I would have expected. Overall, while not exceptional, the company provided an average charter experience.
