I have mixed feelings about my experience with Bright yellow jacket. The website was easy to use and I found some great deals, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry and when I did, I felt like my issue wasn't taken seriously. The products I received were decent, but not exceptional. I'm not sure if I would purchase from them again.
