I took the Pilates teacher training course in Brighton and it was an awesome experience. The instructors were passionate about teaching and made the classes engaging and fun. They provided clear explanations and guidance, making it easy to learn the techniques. I really enjoyed the practice sessions where we could apply what we learned. The course allowed me to deepen my understanding of Pilates and gain the necessary skills to teach effectively. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and would recommend it to others.
