I recently used the services of this real estate company, and overall, my experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed property listings. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the responses were often generic and didn't fully address my concerns. The agents I interacted with seemed knowledgeable, but there was a lack of enthusiasm and personal touch. The process of finding and purchasing a property felt somewhat impersonal. Additionally, I noticed that the company's social media presence was limited, making it difficult to seek additional information. While it's not a terrible company, I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and building stronger relationships with clients.
