I recently had the pleasure of using Tech express, inc., and I must say it was an average experience. The overall service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I appreciated the timely response to my inquiries and the professional behavior of the staff. However, there were a few minor issues that could have been handled better. All in all, I would give them a 3-star rating.
