I recently used Venues4africa.com to book a conference venue and I must say the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of venues to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and they didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience.
