I recently started attending barre classes at xtendbarre.com and I'm loving it! The workouts are intense, but the instructors do a great job of explaining the exercises and modifications for different fitness levels. The studio is clean and inviting, and the staff is always friendly. I would definitely recommend Xtend barre® to anyone looking for a challenging and fun workout!
