I have been a loyal customer of Touchvision tv for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. While their selection of channels is decent and the picture quality is good, I have experienced occasional interruptions in the service. The customer support team is helpful but the wait times can be a bit long. Overall, I would rate Touchvision tv as an average company.
