I had a mixed experience with Jensen auto inc. The customer service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the prices were a bit on the higher side. Despite that, the quality of the parts I purchased from their website, jensenparts.com, was good. I would recommend Jensen auto inc with some reservations.
